You can request deletion of your Phototrail account at any time. Once processed, your personal data and content will be permanently removed, subject to legal and operational requirements.
1. How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your account using the following method:
- Send an email to
support@phototrail.app
- Use subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered email address
If you have access to the app, you may also request deletion from within the app if available.
2. What data is deleted
- Your account profile information
- Uploaded photos and media
- Trips, events, and associated content
- Comments, likes, and interactions
3. Data retention
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention and security
- Resolving disputes
All other data is permanently deleted within 5-7 business days after processing your request.
